SHIPPING POLICY

At Southern Oilfield Supply, we are dedicated to providing efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs. Our goal is to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and reliably. We believe in clear communication and are committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

 Southern Oilfield Supply processes and ships most orders within 24 business hours of order confirmation. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same or next business day, depending on product availability and order volume. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped first thing the following business day, usually Monday morning. Our goal is simple: keep your jobs moving with fast, reliable turnaround.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Southern Oilfield Supply does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery to ensure accuracy and condition.

In the event an item arrives damaged during transit, customers must notify Southern Oilfield Supply within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo documentation of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, a store credit equal to the value of the damaged item will be issued and applied to the customer’s next order. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

At Southern Oilfield Supply, every order goes through a quality check prior to shipment to ensure products are accurate, intact, and meet our standards before leaving our facility. Items are inspected for damage, packaging integrity, and order accuracy so customers receive exactly what they expect—ready for immediate use on the job.
